For whatever reason, should you wish to initiate a return for your purchase, we are delighted to offer a 14-day return policy to you. This means that you have the option to return any item you've ordered, provided you notify us within 14 days of receiving your delivery. If, for any reason, you need to return an item, please take note that a 10% restocking charge will be applied to items that were ordered specifically for you. All items must be in their original packaging and in a condition suitable for resale. We cannot accept returns for items that are not in their original, unspoiled packaging, and not in the same condition as when they were delivered.

You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with unwanted returns; however, we can arrange a collection service for a fee which will be determined upon request.
We will refund the appropriate amount within 10 working days of receiving the item(s) back, minus any delivery charges.
