This flame retardant balaclava-style welding hood from SWP provides spatter protection and is EN 11611 compliant. It is designed to protect the wearer from short contact time with flames, radiant heat from electric arcs used for welding, and minimize the risk of electrical shock by accidental contact with live electrical conductors up to approximately 100 V d.c. under normal welding conditions. The hood comes in a vibrant red color.
